Equestrian Family

Few things speak to the uniqueness of a family than a portrait created in a setting that is personal to the subjects. In this case, Mom and her two daughters share a love for horses, thus their portrait was created on a beautiful fall afternoon on the family's property. Mom's beautiful horse brought together their common bond and love for riding while late afternoon sunlight sculpted this portrait. This image was created with nothing but natural light (no reflectors, no flash) as horses are easily spooked by their use. The completed portrait served as a special gift for Dad on Christmas Day.
