First Impressions

In today's business world, a professional image is more important now than ever. With the advent of technology, your first impression is not made in person, but rather on a computer. With searches on modern mediums such as Linked-In, Facebook, websites, etc. your first chance to meet a prospective client is with your profile image. What image do you put forward in this first meeting?
Our approach in today's world is to portray a business professional portrait in a "headshot" that is both believable and relaxed. This image will serve as your first "hello" to a prospect looking for your services. People may judge you by your picture more than the words on your site. Remember the saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words." In today's world, nothing could be truer.

A Hidden Gem Newly Restored
Image © Robert Harris Photography (Please do not copy or reproduce photograph without permission)
The Colonial Theatre in South Hill, Virginia will once again shine as a center for the arts. Polished to its original beauty, the theater is part of the Colonial Center which includes a ballroom, an art gallery as well as the Mayor's office which features a beautiful view that overlooks the town.
Built in 1925 by Gilbert Saunders, the 400 seat auditorium featured many notable actors back in the day, including Joan Crawford and Roy Rogers. The theater will host the Mrs. Virginia Pageant as well as other events in 2011. The future looks bright for this restored treasure of South Hill and Southside Virginia.
Congratulations to the Town of South Hill, and all those who played a part in the restoration of this beautiful theatre.
