Janie

Janie is a Senior at Powhatan High School and a cheerleader for the Indians. She wanted to include a few props that reflect her school spirit in her senior portraits. More importantly Janie wanted a few photographs with her boyfriend, Alex who was home from collage (Hampden Sydney)

Game Day

Ryan Bendele paid us a visit to create his Senior Portraits even though it was Game Day and Homecoming at Blessed Sacrament; Huguenot. Ryan does double duty for BSH in Powhatan by playing linebacker as well as fullback for the Knights. He is also a huge fan of his favorite collage team, the Oregan Ducks. In fact, he will be traveling to Oregon on the 31st with his Father and brothers to be in the stands as the Ducks take on the Trojans of USC.

Guitar Man

T.J. is a rising senior at Colonial Heights High School. His interests include soccer, reading the Bible and playing guitar. The image shown here was captured in the studio to feature T.J. with his guitar as well as his class ring. The guitar was raised to a level where the contour of the guitar followed the jawline of T. J.'s face. The two elements bring harmony and flow to the overall feel of the portrait. The wrist bands were shown as well as each one is representative of his life as he begins his final year in High School.

Caroline Highland

Caroline is a rising senior at Park View High School. With aspirations of becoming a speech therapist, she is a striker on the soccer field and also "striking" in front of the camera. Caroline was kind enough to show us her scoring technique by kicking a few ball into the net after her session. Thank for indulging us Caroline.

Class of 2010

Emily is a rising senior "Class of 2010" Busy to say the least, her interests include playing the guitar, country music, riding horses and keeping her red Chevrolet pickup truck shining. Her new friend, Gabe is a beautiful lab puppy who seems to be a natural in front of the camera... Just like Emily.

A Natural

Alex is a rising senior at Manchester High School in Chesterfield. A natural in front of the camera, Alex has a wide range of interests and hobbies. Drawing, architecture, billiards and music are just a few of the many talents this young man pursues. Alex is poised to venture into a bright future, whatever career he chooses to follow.

Congratulations Class of 2009

Many High School Seniors will be walking across the stage in the coming weeks to accept one of their greatest accomplishments, their High School diploma. We have met many of these future doctors, teachers, scientist, athletes; the list goes on. To say it is a privilege to photograph these young adults at this milestone is an understatement.
